"The whoppers were good, as usual. The only thing that has bothered me lately is that the buns are not soft or fresh tasting. You are not buying them from the day-old bakery, are you? lol They would also be better toasted."

"Waited in line for 30 minutes. The service was incredibly slow. The food was lukewarm at best. I don’t really like my fries dumped inside my bag, either. Management really needs to pick this place up. Easily the worst fast food restaurant in Saraland."

"This used to be a good place to eat but not the last couple times. I stopped by this Burger King a while back and got a smashed sandwich, finally went back today and got two fish sandwiches that I'm 99% sure we're old & reheated in a microwave. I could be wrong but I don't know another explanation for the outer part being as hot as boiling water and the middle being cold."

"Went in the store everyday this week. It's 11/06/23 it just so happens the ice cream machine has been down for a solid week. Which I believe to just be laziness on the workers part. Today went to get a burger. Had a gift card gave to me. The cashier told me they don't except gift cards. I will never waste my time there again. The cashier at the Burger King on Airport Blvd. Told me that is not true. They all except gift cards and its no way the ice cream machine is down for a solid week. I am talking with their headquarters. They tell me they are going to take care of the problem. I still will never go there again. At one time it was my favorite fast food. Not any more!"

"They put lettuce in my Bacon King, as well as had my burger refunded and both times only had one piece of cheese. The fries, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks were all cold. Customer service wasn't bad but whoever is on their board, grill and fry stain need to be retrained."
