The Wendy's next to waffle house in Saraland is stealing Waffle House's customers because they are wayyyy cheaper and quicker. "My husband and I went in for a late dinner and it was the absolute worst experience we have ever had in a restaurant. They were not busy at all, but yet our server never refilled our drinks, even after we asked for refills. I put in a To go order, while we were ordering and asked her to go ahead and have it prepared. I had to wait 15 minutes after we were done eating, for her to get it together. She looked like she was high on something, and had no idea what she was doing. We will definitely be going to the other location from now on."
