"I'm from the north side of Atlanta and participate in an annual dart tournament in Decatur. I visited Scruggs last year for the first time and had some some of the best BBQ i've ever eaten. I planned to eat there again this year but looked up regular hours and found that Scruggs was closed on the weekends. To my gleeful surprised they were open when I drove by. This is the best BBQ i've ever had. The staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome. The quality and amount of food is amazing. I'm hoping y'all will be open next year on the Saturday that the "Shoot for the Moon" dart tournament takes place. See you next year!"

"This is a busy place at lunch time throughout the week. The food is good and the service is usually pretty fast unless your order gets misplaced as ours did once and resulted in a 45 minute wait. Usually, you should have your food within 10 minutes. The ribs are really good. The baked beans are tasty. I'm not a fan of the slaw. The pulled pork is good, but it isn't anything outstanding compared to other BBQ restaurants we travel to regularly. The atmosphere is one medium sized open dining area with a couple of tvs hanging on the wall. There's usually news on one and sports on the other."

"Was introduced to this place by co workers and was so glad to find out about the amazing food. The portions brought out were amazing and SO delicious. Those were some of the best greens I have ever had. The staff and servers were so professional and welcoming to our group. The is the real deal and I can’t wait to have the opportunity to go again some day soon. I highly recommend this place to everyone!"

"Best barbecue in Decatur. Portion sizes are large. Good value for the money. I had the rib plate with baked beans and greens. So good I was ready to smack my mamma. Staff was excellent. Great job I will be back."
