"They made my wife wait, on purpose, over 40 minutes when she ordered a plain Hamburger. She went inside to place the order to make sure they made it plain (just bread and patty) for our autistic son. When they served the order, they gave us a regular hamburger. We asked them to give what we ordered, so they made us wait again another while, just to give us another burger with cheese. The woman at the counter, and the Manager were rude, offensive and extremely disrespectful. When we ask them to change the regular burger for the one we ordered, the woman throw a tantrum and yelled. Worst customer service ever. No wonder why nobody wants to work in this place"

"Order was completely wrong ordered a double bacon cheese burger received a single with half strip bacon. Although charged for double. Although was transition from breakfast to lunch speed of service was horrible lady that took ordered was pleasant, but the one that handed food to us was very rude"

"Ordered the mix 2 for 5 .00 this morning biscuits were very old and dry . Too dry and crunchy to be servicing as fresh. Too far down the road to return the food and had to circle back after asking for strawberry jam."

"When is the better Hardy's that I've been at the food was great? The work staff is awesome, and the manager, Gina, manages her crew awesome. I do recommend this place to my friends and I will be back."

"clean and friendly restaurant. Not busy and our short wait was because they made the fries fresh. Two combo meals with tax for $17 . the chicken tenders are all white meat and the fries were hot and crispy. Its down the street from the Cook Museum so we decided to get a bite before we visited the museum. the location is very convenient."
