"We stay here with family once or twice a year. We still love it, but it is showing it's age a little bit; everything along the ocean does. They still haven't done much with the landscaping and they could add some new activities to keep things fun. Unfortunately the sushi restaurant closed, and it was phenomenal. View is still amazing along the beach and it is very relaxing to stay here."

"Spent a week here with the family. I love Fort Morgan and prefer to buy groceries and stay in vs. going out to eat etc. We loaded up at Rouses and greatly enjoyed our stay. The pools were fun and the beach was awesome. We rented chairs and asked the person to move us closer, which he did every day. Our entire transaction and check in was online. Very convenient. Can't say enough good things about the quality of the condo property and the good times we had here."

"My family and I come here all the time. We love it! Feels like home. Clean beach, great view, food trucks, activities for the kids, etc. I just wish they would be consistent on the services during Memorial Day week. Last year, they had more activities: walk up bar, more frequent trams, etc. This year, no bar and only one tram (versus 3 last year) running. Was told it smaller crowds... It was not. The occupancy rate was 94% this year!"
