"I would give zero stars if that was possible. If you hate your job, get a new one. I went through the drive through to get my son a four piece happy meal, and this is what he got.. I went back. I waited at the counter for five minutes or so before anyone acknowledged me at the counter. The guy was so rude and stayed near the bagging area, and said “what ma’am”. I asked to speak with someone. He sent someone else over and she said, “What”. I said ma’am I just need a refund. This location is a joke."
"I asked for a cooked to order filet of fish and I received an old cold one. I will be back for a replacement meal or a refund. The quarter pounder hamburger was lukewarm. One order of fries was hot and the other was lukewarm. I want fresh food when I return. Thanks."
"Alabama Health Dept Score of 77. Out of Coca-Cola and Dr. Pepper. Order accuracy was 1 item off, but well resolved by Solid Employee. Visually clean facility throughout. Floor from lobby to restroom needs to be brushed with decreaser and re mopped. Keep the kitchen mop out of lobby.. Cooking oil will be everywhere.. Labor like everywhere seems a bit low for 8am. Prices keep climbing.. Thanks to those that continue to work!!"
