"If you work night shifts like me and just want warm, decent food at a reasonable wait time, just don't go here. It's mediocre quality at best, and you will wait 45 ish minutes with only 2 cars ahead of you. It's really not worth it. Just go to a waffle house or the taco bell down the street. At least you can get your food in less than 10 minutes, and it will be warm and correct."

"There are a lot of burger joints here in Hoover. However, this is the only one I know of open 24 hours. The burgers are good along with the shakes. There is a limited availability for the Dr. Pepper shake which is available now. There is a drive thru, parking for online pickup, or you can go inside and pickup your food where the online order sign is located just inside the entrance door. You can even order from the counter. The service is not fast, so patience is a must. Also check your order as accuracy seems to be an issue as well."

"They have the best service. I’ve been coming here since they opened the location and I’ve never been disappointed in their food or their people but they have got to do something about the divet in the tarmac at the entrance!"

"I was worried about this visit after reading other reviews but we had a good experience. We were greeted on arrival and our order taken quickly. I’d say it took about 10 minutes for our food to come out and the food was good. The workers were all really nice as well. We went at 10am so not a real busy time but they seemed efficient. This is my second visit (first time was drive through) and both visits have been normal whataburger speed (cook to order) and the food has been good."
