"I discovered Crawford’s Gifts from a friend and I gave her a hug! Regina and her staff are all rock stars of the retail industry!! Regina and her lovely staff have made every experience I have had with them SO SPECIAL!! The boutique style gift shop is a magical place chock full of treasures to behold!! The taste level is exquisite and the gorgeous merchandise is not ridiculously expensive as to exclude any person from experiencing the wonderful world of fun shopping! I don’t enjoy walking around the mall and searching high and low for anything, but I make a concerted effort to make a day for my retail therapy!! Regina seems to be able to read her customers well and she presents items she thinks you might like and enjoy. And she has NEVER BEEN WRONG WITH ME!! Understanding that I don’t dawdle and search for anything particular, she magically reappears with just the right clothes, jewelry, home accessories and items that she has curated for her business and presents them for my consideration and convenience!! And I love it all!! I don’t feel guilty for buying what I want and I never get home with buyers remorse!! I thoroughly enjoy each piece of clothing, jewelry and adorable household accessories that make me smile whenever I see them or wear them!! I guess the only problem is I feel guilty for taking up so much of their time, but I feel that they do this for everyone of their lucky customers!! This visit was after the Christmas holidays and I scored HUGE FOR CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS FOR NEXT YEAR!! And the items are so amazingly unique and beautiful, I will struggle to pack them up anytime soon!! I don’t live in Athens, but I will always be willing to make the trip there at least once, hopefully more each year. Just spending time with these ladies in Regina’s beautiful shop on the stylishly special Town Square in Athens, Alabama is a real treat!! I ended my shopping excursion by buying a gift and Kennedy did an amazing job wrapping this for me and I think that that particular gift will be greatly appreciated even more because it will make my friend feel special to receive this unique gift “just because “! Callie was a great help as well!! I didn’t realize until the end that these lovely ladies had been holding the shop open past quitting time especially on my behalf!! NOBODY FROM ANYWHERE HAS EVER MADE ME FEEL THAT SPECIAL, ever!!! I’m no millionaire. I think they extend that level of service to many, not the few!!!
