"I am currently sitting in the drive through after ordering from the app and being told to pull around and giving the person on drive through my code. It’s been 10 minutes since I was told to pull around and after honking twice I was just told the restaurant didn’t know I had an order. This is absolutely insane."

"Worst McDonald’s ever… service is awful. If I could give them a negative I would. A couple weeks ago, I waited in line on one of the two order stalls. A lady came over the speaker and said I’ll be with you in a minute. I thought okay I’ll wait. She then proceeded to serve 3 or more customers on the other order stall and never came back to me. Tonight was the final straw though. Waited in line for 30 minutes to only get to the speaker and then say they weren’t taking anymore orders. It’s 9:30 why are they unable to fulfil orders. Ruined my opinion of McDonald’s for forever. They seem to be making lots of unhappy customers at this location."

"From the person taking orders, to the guy at the 1st window taking money, to the girl at the pick up window, all the way to the manager who finally gave me the bag- there were no Greetings, Smiles, nor courtesy given at any time. Even after offering these things and saying, "Thank you!" My burger was good."

"Walked from the hospital and went inside to order. The employee was friendly enough but they served me warm orange juice......very bizarre. And I was nearly assaulted by a homeless person in the lobby before the security guard ran them off. Do not recommend"

"It looks like someone took two different patty pieces and put it on my Big Mac anyways… extremely ridiculous considering they couldn’t even speak to me. I ordered went to the window, not a single word. My food was then thrown at me. Absolutely disgusting."
