"Came in over night after a long trip headed home from vacation. The store was moderately busy for the time of night it was. The food was fantastic, very fresh & hot! But more than that the customer service we received from Reagan was phenomenal!! She didn’t treat us any other way but like we were her family. Definitely recommend!!"

"I have always loved Whataburger and this one doesn’t disappoint . Ive visited about 12 times now and each visit was delightful. I usually get the patty melt which is fantabulous!!! I got the whatachicken sandwich recently because I had a reward for one, and it was great, as usual. I always order it spicy and it’s perfect! The Dr Pepper shake is phenomenal! I’ve had 6 of them. I love the spicy ketchup, and I usually don’t eat ketchup. Grand opening , they still had a few kinks to work out, and they have been diligent doing so. The food is top tier for fast food. The employees are all helpful and friendly. Lucas has gonna above and beyond with customer service, this is a fella who certainly has a bright future and this company is lucky to have him as a team member. He even remembered my name, during conversation about my points being added, and he wasn’t looking at any computer or receipt, he sincerely cares about the business and its patrons. Great job Whataburger Cullman!! Keep up the good work!"

"Food is always made fresh, service is always with a smile, Wataburger seems to go out of their way all the way across the board. Which is a major plus considering the majority of fast food restaurants tend to treat you like just a number."

"Finally was able to make it to the window tonight gone several times but the wait time was too long. That’s to be expected considering it was a new place in town tonight. My wait time was about five minutes. Staff was very friendly. My food was pretty good. I got just a regular burger and the patty is big around but not thick and the patty was dry."
