I came in trying to get furniture I stay downtown, why did the manager tell me to way on the other side of town basically predominately black area when I stay right by there. So I called and asked her why politely. She hung the phone up in my face and told me she doesn’t have to with this. I’m thinking it’s because I got dreads but all I’m reality profiling when I most likely make more money then everyone in there. She is bad look for rent a center."

"Rent-A-Center will call, text, and harass you until the they get in touch with you. They could care less if you’re at work or not. If you call them to get in touch with someone, a manager is never available because they’re so short staffed."

I had an issue with a living room set that I had. I went into the store to talk about my issue . The problem was solved within 15 minutes. The Delivery person was very person was amazing as well. "I couldn't post unless I put a star on. Zero stars is what I'm feeling right now. Me and my fiancee have been dealing with this store for almost a month. Since then, we've been lied to and our order has been treated like we never even talked to anyone. None of our info has been documented completely until now, our supposed delivery date is today, lo and behold, not getting it today because of a personal matter, and the "store manager" we've been talking to is no longer there and lied to us about any and all things pertaining to our order. And also costed me a day's pay. Highly p***** and disappointed."
