"I purchased a washer from Conn’s in Homewood, Al with the promise that they would reduce the price by $150 due to a promotion they had going on for Memorial Day. They never gave me the credit and repeatedly lied to me stating that they had taken care of it. I went back a second and a third time and was told that the had submitted a request to have the charges reduced but it never happened. Store manager Stephen and Josh both assured me that It would be handled. I disputed it through the credit card company that financed it and the dispute was denied. I’ve spoken with several store managers to no avail. They all lie. They’re over priced and they don’t care about their customers. Find somewhere else to make your purchase. UPDATE: Do NOT waste your money or your time visiting this store or working with this company. They only respond to your reviews to make it look as if they are concerned. Trust me they are not. I usually don’t do reviews but for them I made an exception. The called me only to tell me after they saw this review only to tell me that they will not honor their promotion. If you get their pre approval in the mail. Throw it in the trash because that’s exactly what they are GARBAGE. If I could give them 0 stars I would because they couldn’t even give a reason why they won’t honor the promotion."
