"I ordered 11 beach bags from this company. One had the print upside down on the bag so I sent a picture. All I was offered was store credit. Several of the other bags I purchased had pieces of the wording peeling off--horrible quality. Good customer service would have sent me a new bag for the defective or sent a shipping label so I could send it back at no charge for a refund. I will not be ordering here again."
