"I thought maybe the place would change for the better now that it's corporate owned. The person at the speaker and/or the one at the window was beyond apathetic. No smiles. No greetings. Nothing. Attitude affects customer retention just as much as what you serve. Waited for almost 30 min for 2 combos and I was the only one in line."

Kay and, it seems, Emily are there every single morning. They smile, greet us personally and make 'time' for us. All while never ever slowing the forward motion of food, guests, drive through and the dining room. Please acknowledge the intense and continual efforts of these people for representing your business in its best possible light. Thank you. "This place was horrible. I ordered a pork chop biscuit, and they gave me a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. I don't eat egg or cheese. I got all the home and discovered this monstrosity. I was highly disappointed. And the cashier said what I ordered. That is why I didn't check it. I'll check from now on."

"Price at the window is different than it is on the menu and then I got fries for breakfast instead of hash browns and everything just tasted like complete garbage, done with Hardee's forever. I hope they go out of business as soon as possible."
