"According to the city pages, this is not a separate park but is part of the marina but I will pretend it's a park :) This place is lovely! They had it all decorated with a Halloween theme when I visited. There were plenty nicely designed flower gardens. Lots of picnic tables and benches as well. Finally, their restrooms were clean."
