"I wa desperate for a pair of boots for these extreme temperatures in the 20's. I wear a size 9, which was a size 10 in boots, very hard to find. I searched through four stores and sales everywhere for boots that were just leftover smaller sizes, or one or two sizes in particular styles. I wasted so much time looking. Journey's had what I needed, but in smaller sizes or unwanted colors. Finally, I ran back and was going to settle for a pair, when my very helpful associate remembered that they had men's boots that I could wear in a smaller size and the color I wanted. He went out of his way to help me and all of the staff greeted everyone and made sure people were waited on. The boots were more expensive than I expected, but it was better than leaving the mall with nothing. I appreciated the assistance more than I can express, since the mall was busy and sales associates weren't around in those other stores. Thank you!"

"I ordered and paid for a pair of shoes in tha store on February 12,2019 still haven't received them as on today wat makes a month today.I been give tha run arounds about getting my money back. I advise if tha don't have tha shoe in stock don't order them."

"Younger employees are very rude, lazy, & non-welcoming. Used socks all under the costumer seats. The employees also walked in the back when I needed help getting my size. Had to wait about 5mins before someone finally acknowledged that I needed help. This is their 2nd time doing this. Need to hire people that actually want to work there. Won't be coming back..."
