"Nice large sand bar for playing in the lake. Very small sandy beach with a few picnic tables and a porta potty. It was clean, mostly grass and plenty of parking given how few people were there even on a holiday weekend. Perfect spot to let the kiddos play before hitting up Shorts and making the 45 minute drive back to our cabin."

"Great spot. It's less good than when my dad and brothers voluntarily maintained it. Nonetheless, other vacationers are nice, midwestern folk and Lake Bellaire is my favorite canoeing, boating, fishing (both ice and off the docks or a boat), and just enjoying fresh water swimming when the water is calm and warm.
