LongHorn Steakhouse

"I tend to come to LongHorn quiet often so when I chose it for my birthday I was super excited. We arrived and got our table in no time. That was the only thing good about the whole experience..we sat at the table for 25minutes before anyone came to get a drink order which was the host. Then we got bread and no plates from the host. We sat another 15-20 minutes while the servers in our area ignored us. Not once stopping by the table. It wasn't until we asked for the manager that a server even stopped at the table. Normally I would've walked out by now. But it was my birthday and I wanted. LongHorn a place I come about once every two weeks. Server comes to the table finally and takes our order. We waited for our food. The food came out mine was pure cold. Not even sure it sat under the lamp. Literally the worse experience I've had at LongHorn."

"Best Longhorn Steakhouse experience in a long time! I take clients to LongHorn often as they’re always reliably delicious and high end. Today was the first time I’ve had the white cheddar mushrooms and I will never not order them. They’re amazing. I got the salmon but ordered it blackened and it was the best salmon I’ve had in so long. Truly a great dining experience. Our waitress, Amy, was excellent. She was kind, professional, and welcoming. Kudos to her!"

"We typically enjoy our food and experience at Longhorn's Steakhouse. However, tonight was extremely disappointing. It started with waiting over an hour after ordering to receive our food. Two of our five plates eventually came out. One had chicken and fries that were cold, probably due to sitting while waiting on the other food. The steak that came on the other plate was overcooked (was medium well vs rare). The waitress and manager agreed that both plates were not acceptable and sent them back to be remade. The other plates finally came out while we waited on two orders to be remade. The problem with one of those orders was that the sides were not ready, and they had to put them in to go containers because they didn't come out until the end of the meal. The chicken and fries came back out and were delicious, so kudos for correcting that mistake. However, when the steak came back out, it had too much seasoning to even eat (see image). Again, the waitress and manager agreed and even took a picture as well to show the cook. Apparently, there were others having issues with their food tonight, so hopefully this was just a rough night and not indicative of how they normally operate."

"I loved all of the cowboy decor and I loved the lower lighting which is great when you have a migraine like I did the day we ate there for the 1st time. Goodness, the waitress was great. We asked her what she liked & what most people ordered. We found her very nice & she kept our drinks filled and cleared away plates as needed. The food was absolutely delicious & the portion sizes were big. I chose the Parmesan Crusted Chicken with a Sweet Potato & Asparagus. I was only able to eat about half of my meal so I took the other half home to eat the next day."

"The service was amazing, they helped us with everything we needed. The food was delicious, especially the bread and butter!! We went for my grandparents’ anniversary, and they got a birthday sundae to share!"
