"We just had an order a bit ago that was just under 34 dollars. From the time the order went in, to when it finally came out, was 25 minutes. We had 2 drinks, 2 orders of large cheese sticks, 1 BBQ pork sandwich and 1 chicken toaster. To start, I have no idea why it took that long. Also, for taking that long, the only thing we didn't have an issue with was the drinks. The BBQ pork sandwich was missing meat. So very little but a massive amount of sauce. It just dripped out in globs. Very disappointing. The chicken toaster was missing cheese and the bacon was small as well as borderline burnt. And the cheese sticks. Half of them were almost hot. The other half were mildly luke warm. I have zero idea what took almost half an hour and had this many issues. I would have asked for a manager and a refund but because of the time, I was already late and had my 3 children with me. Very sad.."
"The Sonic in Saraland might as well shut the doors. They can't get an order right even when you order by number. Ordered a burger and got home to a chicken sandwich. The fries and tots were old and cold. I highly recommend something else."
"Made mobile order at 12:56 in the parking lot & pulled to the speaker and pushed the button. Nresponse. Waited for 15 min & pushed it again she says they're only doing driving thru. Now I gotta sit in the drive thru for 20 more min just for 2 slushies that I can't cancel."
"Wish I could wait lower. Pulled up in the bay for mobile pick up. Was told not doing bays. Pulled to drive thru lady told me to go to side. Pulled back to side where employees looked rudely at me while she was hanging out with her friend and asked what was wrong. She walked inside. Now sitting here 30 mins later still no food in hand. Terribly employees. Don't know if this store is franchises or cooperate run but this is ridiculous"
"Ordered a slushie on the app and checked in. It showed my order status on the screen in the stall. After sitting in the stall for over 30 minutes, I pressed the button and was told "sorry thr stalls are closed" I tried to respond that I had been sitting for over 30 minutes and had already checked in but I guess they can't hear or chose to ignore me. Someone should have notified me before that and not let me just wait and waste time. Shame on them. But I asked one of the car hops about it. She apologized and immediately went and made my slushie. Wish I had gotten her name."
