"1. Asked an employee where the shower heads were located, she was barely able to look up from her phone and told me to go to the "Bath" section, obviously they would be in the bath section, we couldn't find them, needed an aisle number. She was rude and dismissive. 2. Several employees were standing around, but NOT ONE cashier. They just stared or avoided eye contact. (With the exception of 2 sweet young ladies, who were clearly busy but tried to get us some assistance) 3. Was forced to self checkout over $800 in merchandise. Never again. I do not work for Lowes!! 4. Asked for a manager, turned out to be the rude, unhelpful lady who was so bothered to be asked a question from a customer, and instead of listening to my comments she went on making excuses, talking over me, saying that I was bothering her while she was busy on the phone, she was texting. Don't know why she still has a job. 5. Not to mention, multiple online orders arrive used, damaged, and/or missing necessary hardware. Extremely unhappy, and we will not be returning. Stick to Home Depot if you value your time and money."
"Of the four employees that I interacted with, two were friendly and helpful (prodesk). Two talked to me like a dog (customer service and register 2 clerk). Edit: Thank you, Loweโs Team, for acknowledging and addressing the concern. We all have bad days. Appreciate the response."
"The customer service at this location is very disappointing. We attempted to return an item without a valid receipt. When we approached the customer service desk the associate was in a conversation and had to be told to go help us ( by another associate). We explained the situation to her and she informed us that it is Lowe's Corporate policy that they do not accept returns without the original receipt. She was giving the impression that we were attempting to scam Lowe's. I have since reviewed the return policy on Lowe's website and it clearly states that she COULD have returned for sore credit. Lowe's is becoming another big Corporate that does not care about their customers. This interaction reminds me why I started to shop at ACE Hardware where the owners are local in your community and actually care about you. VERY DISAPPOINTING Lowe's. FYI this was all over a kids pink tool box a $20 item. Customer lost!"
"One cannot compare Lowes to Home Depot, completely two different stores, Lowe's in my opinion is more set up for residential buyer than for a contractor. With this said, in my opinion this store was quite tidy selections slightly different than selection at home Depot along with smaller quantities. Floor associates, like home depot, no where to be found. But when you do find one, they are courteous and knowledgeable and are able to help you locate what your looking for with a smile on their face. I gave three stars because finding a sales floor associate was exhausting and almost made me put my product back and walk out.."
"I had done some shopping at the Lowe's in Athens, Alabama on Saturday and accidentally left part of my purchase at the store. Did not realize it till the next day and was not able to return to the store at that time. Could not find my receipt and thought I was just out the $20 on the merchandise I'd left. When I went by Lowe's today and was going to purchase something else. I thought I would just ask customer service if there was anything they could do. Brittany, the young lady behind the counter asked me about when I purchased it, what I purchased and how I paid for it. She took the information I gave her and looked on their computer and found my receipt and processed the return for me . It was a wonderful experience and I appreciate Brittany for taking the time and effort out to help me."
