"absolutely ridiculous experience. we ordered three iced lattes from the drive through, waited for nearly fifteen before finally asking for our money back. two teenage girls whom i’m assuming don’t work there came up to the window, said “hi,” and held their phone up as if they were taking our picture. they were running around the inside screaming, laughing, and yelling. we were checked on twice, and they still had not started on our drinks (although the teen girls who were mentioned above had theirs and were taking a seat as we pulled out) when checked on the second time, which was when we kindly asked for our money back. i too work in the service industry and am no stranger to indulging friends when they come in, but this was something next level. starbucks would never."

"Went thru the drive thru last week. The woman that took my order around 6:30 am was so vibrant and friendly with a sense of humor. I thoroughly enjoyed her service. It was a surprise to get customer service like that so early in the am. She actually helped to wake me up with her unny and beautiful personally. I so appreciate that and is customer service now days was more like that. That's what keeps people and me coming back to establishments."

"Tables were unwiped young man that works there left his stinky shoes wafting on the chair under the table the whole time we were there.. Someone yelled at him in front of us as we were leaving for it in front of the whole 12 plus of us.. Guys behind the counter threw out the N word at each other atleast 5 times in the hour or so we were there visiting with one another. I found that very offensive but they gave good service with making the coffee cinnamon rolls and tater tots were great.."
