"My hashbrown were over cook, asked for a remake which they did after throwing the burnt hashbrowns out then putting what was left back on the grill which I had already eaten off out of. We I got it back half of my hashbrowns were cold somehow and the new hashbrowns were hot. The little bit of ketchup I had put on it was still there. Plus the cook never changed her gloves after handling chicken, pork, and then tomatoes and lettuce!!! Absolutely disgusting, but we did manage to get my hashbrown bowel taken off. Service was good kept coffee filled."

"My son and I came in before lunch. There was hardly anything in my sandwich, no waitress stood and talked to the tables she knew and never refilled our beverages once. We had to ask several times for the check and finally just went to the register and stood there for 5 minutes after asking for the check there. Probably not going back to that Cullman, Alabama location ."

"This group of professionals family cooks and waitress and formidable faces its like family. We came here in mid October my mom and I seeking out some great food that didn't make us sick after we ate it because we had a small apartment fire. We have struck gold here at Waffle House off"

"Terrible service. Patiently waited for over an hour while we watched others who came in after us be served and leave. They were out of their realm. One certain customer kept coming in behind the counter and help himself. Our waitress never put in our order and the cook kept telling her not to tell him more orders and how behind he was. 8 cars in the parking lot. Super terrible customer service and we left. We will not be back to this place. We drove 11 miles to the other Waffle House and we were in and out in under 30 minutes."

"Food was as food goes at waffle house, but must say this one was better than most. Everything was as we order, done well and hot. Our waitress was what made our visit so great. She was absolutely the best. Knew how to handle her customers and how to chit chat and make them feel awesome. We will be going back, even though it's over a 6 hour drive."
