"I have to stop coming to this location. The baristas are nice enough, but the hot coffee is often served cold and not made correctly. It took 30 minutes to receive two barely warm coffees."

"Barista could not have been friendlier or quicker to notice me and find my drink in their system. The iced hazelnut oatmilk shaken espresso, however, tasted off to me. I would describe it as a somewhat fishy taste, so it made me wonder if something happened to the beans or the machine the staff were using. If I wasn’t on a long road trip, I might have turned around to tell them. I remember them saying it was a new drink in the system, so maybe it was just a one off. For the record, the drink did not make me sick, but something was not right with it."

"Went through the drive through this morning, waited at window for 5 mins to be told to pull around she's taking orders out front with ipad. She was not out there when I pulled up taking orders. The line was then wrapped around building. I had already been waiting. Horrible customer service. How does this even make sense to do. Won't return to this location. They also did same thing to person behind me. They left also."

"I feel like I'm being discriminated against 10/04/2023 around 9:10am I went to the store and get the cups I wanted and get into the line. When it was my turn to checkout the guy told me to wait for a minute, I’m okay with that. There were two more customers that walked into the store behind me, and the cashier asked the person behind me for their order when my order had not been taken yet. If that had of been the first mistake, I would not have been bothered. But after being skipped in line she took the next person behind myself for a second time. Which made my experience as a guest feel looked over and as if my order was not as important. Then she proceeded to come to me after she took the orders of the two male customers behind me. When she took my order she turned around and walked away and then I had to go back up to her to tell her about the cup I was trying to purchase. This customer service was very rude and disappointing, leaving me feeling as if I had been discriminated."

"Didn't order any food but Caramel Cappuccino Frapp was on point. Great way to relax with a cool coffee drink in the afternoon. Great customer service and seemed many folks came into this Starbucks and knew the staff. Enjoy your next order."
