Panera Bread

"Went through the drive-thru this morning to get bagels and sat at the menu for a minute or two waiting for the person on the speaker, but they never came on. So, I called the location and apparently they never turned on their headsets, so they turned them on and then took my order. Then when I got my order, it was missing two bagels so I drove back around to the drive-thru again and asked about the two bagels and they told me they were in there, so I had to go inside and show them that it was missing two bagels. They asked if I had a receipt and I said no because they did not give me one when I was handed my order. So the guy went and And I guess asked the manager something, and then came back and gave me the two missing bagels. Pretty frustrating experience."

"This Panera location has been steadily going downhill. I used to come here all the time. I stopped because everything seemed so chaotic. A month ago I went and grabbed some breakfast sandwiches and a couple of drinks. They were out of lids for the drinks. Okay, no problem. I just went again and when I ordered my drinks they gave me coffee cups because they were out of lids. What kind of place stays out of stuff for over a month at a time. They were out of the bagel that my sandwich came on so they gave me white bread. They were out of half of the store. Even the customer service has went downhill .They seriously need some new management because this place is terrible"

"Guys come on, if you order your food delivered it's because you can't make it out of the office. Saying "oh, yeah we'll refund you" does not make it right."

"Great breakfast this morning. Souffle of egg and four cheese with a cinnamon crunch bagel and regular cream cheese. Delicious. I have not been a fan of Panera Bread, but this experience was superb. Good service. Fair pricing."

"It was late at night when we finally decided where to eat dinner. My wife wanted the tomato soup in a bread bowl. Unfortunately, coming later in the evening they were out of bread bowls so she had to settle for a ceramic bowl. I chose the you pick two combo Bacon Turkey Bravo with Chicken and Wild rice. We have been coming to Panera Bread restaurants for years. They are clean, friendly, and have good food."
