"I got out of the drive through and waited inside ten minutes for one drink while they were catering to the drive through. A lady came in 5 minutes after me and got her drinks right behind me and she had more than one beverage. Normal I get good service but today I felt ignored by the 6 people behind the counter. The girl who took my order started helping drive through after sitting at the front writing on paper first. Customer first paperwork later ; front counter should handle customers inside especially when drive through has 4-5 people helping and its 3 cars in drive through when I came in."

"I wish my white chocolate mocha would be good every time. I need it to taste how it's supposed to taste on a consistent basis! I want to compliment Lauren. She's so pleasant, friendly, and upbeat. Need more people like her in customer service. Sierra did a good job in the drive thru, attitude was good."

"I’m not sure if this is only a DoorDash issue with this location, or if it’s just this location, but they sent a half empty drink to me. I requested no ice and I’m not sure if that’s why this was an issue? But I’ve always gotten no ice and a full cup from other locations. Super disappointing"

"Every worker in this Starbuck is super sweet. And works super hard to make sure you get your drink. I have only had a problem with one employee and his name "Quadarius".Maybe I spelled it wrong.He slammed the door and pitched a fit after I asked a simple question about my rewards because I am new to the rewards program and I don't know how it clearly works yet. He proceeded to come back and slam the door open and lean in at me almost to my car window with his frustrations. There was nobody behind me.I don't know what problem was But everyone in the store is nice but him!!!!!!!!Yes the line is long normally, because there isn't another store closer by. It's a awesome experience when he isn't there. Unless is rush hour and you have to wait a little while. But they are good about trying to get you taken care of in the rush."
