"I have used PH for years, however in recent months it has gone downhill. A BBQ papadillia has now become a few tiny pieces of chicken, cheese and no BBQ sauce! On and your side dip....garlic I stead if BBQ sauce. I order when my grands are here, usually once aweek but I don't think we will any longer. I can just toss away money. Food bland. Burnt bread etc. So so dissappointed"

"Ordered pizza to be delivered. Paid $4.25 plus an $8.00 tip to go pick my order up due to their DoorDash delivery taking my order to another town. Requested my delivery fee back and was told they will replace my order for “free.” I not only paid for a $51 dollar order which includes a tip and delivery fee but was asked if I had someone to pick it up. Be aware Papa Johns is using DoorDash to deliver their pizza. Doubtful I’ll order delivery again which means I won’t be ordering papa johns much."

"I ordered online at 8:02pm. My order supposedly left the store at 8:40pm. My Papa John’s tracker continued to add additional time to the delivery while it’s being delivered. My order was marked delivered at 9:40pm and I did not receive my items. I do not recommend ordering through this store via delivery since I found out they partner with DoorDash to deliver their items. The door dash driver stole my order and marked it as delivered. Save yourself the hassle and order from Domino’s or another pizza location. As much as it’s my #1 pizza, I can’t support this. Thumbs down to Papa John’s Coorporate for thinking this was a smart idea."

"I’m a papa John’s fan but this franchise just ain’t it! I also am a fan of spicy food but these jalapeño poppers were completely inedible and each roll had the equivalent of a whole pepper in them! I attempted to make them palatable enough for my family to eat and not have them go to waste by removing some of the peppers….. this pile quickly accumulated just from the ones that fell out of them when you opened the roll."

"I am a Papa John's fan. But we are here for a family event. I can see the Papa John's building from my room. So i am like "Awesome". No problem ordering it. Website great. But soon as it leaves for delivery you can watch the car with there GPS. The guy drivers right by us to go 20 minutes into a neighborhood where he is lost cause he drivers around and around this neighborhood. Watch him sit at a house about 10 minutes. Finally he leaves and heads this way. Mind you he left the store 25 minutes ago. So watch him on GPS pull into the hotel and sit on the other side over 5 minutes. When he finally gets here he has headphones on and could care less. When i confront him about it he says that guy had been waiting a hour. (A hour) so i asked him if he would be happy in the same situation and he dumped our pizza on the ground and walked away. Didn't even bring us everything we ordered. The store won't answer. And the guy is in a company Papa John's car. I don't get it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION."
