"Workers are mainly busy with the drive through and completing orders whenever I come in. Food brought out fast, within 5-10 mins of ordering but you don’t really get to speak to anyone face to face unless you walk up and stand at the counter for a while or go to the drive through. They claim shake machine is always down whenever a new shake comes out."

"They say this McDonald's opens at 5:00 AM. The car in front of me was there before me and I got there at 5:06 and it's now 5:24 and they are still not open. The works keep looking out the delivery door but seems not to care."

"DO NOT COME TO THIS MCDONALD’S when the sun goes down, I REPEAT DO NOT! The night shift always gives me hellified service from the jump. I placed an app order at 11:12 p.m., just to get there at 11:40 on my lunch break just to be told by an employee “I don’t know what to tell you, you better cancel we are closed”. But when I looked up the place it clearly said 12. I understand people don’t want to work from time to time for whatever reason, but them folks just wasted my time and gas…I’m triple pissed on top of the hunger smh."

"This has got to be one of the worst ones I've been to, and not just for Bessemer, but everywhere! They never have half the things you try to order, some machine is always either not working or they are out of stock on ingredients. This place sucks plain and simple, service is horrible. If you get off the interstate in hopes of getting a god quick bite to eat you'll be sorry you did."
