"First, how about some kind of greeting, instead of looking as if i had 3 heads. YEAH, WHAT CHA GET? Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches. Nothing special. 3 fries. We don't have fries.OK, onion rings. Our boiler is down. OK just sandwiches. AFTER sitting, can you pull over there. We have to cook them. WHAT, nobody inside, I've seen AT LEAST 6 CARS PULL OUT, so nobody be hind me. Then they get mad when you say something! according to ALL the reviews on here, MANAGER/OWNER WHOMEVER ALREADY KNOW THIS!! SHOWS YOU DO NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS!! AND by the looks of this place, don't care what it looks like either!l! Wow, got my baf threw in the window. Him hollering something to a car driving by, Hey pooter!! SERIOUSLY!!"

"If I would have read the reviews I would have never ordered from this place. The lobby is locked in the middle of the day during lunch rush and they made me walk through the drive-thru because I'm a truck driver and get my order out in the cold. Do not stop here it look dirty inside and the employees are very rude. Fries were soggy and old none of my food was made right pathetic."

"January 26,2023 The crew and Manager for tonight was very unhelpful kids are in there playing and cursing and the manager just walking around like he inside a club lost! I’ve arrive to pick up a order at 4:59 didn’t get my order until 5:21pm was only one meal and a shake this establishment needs to be shut down it’s very nasty in there and the crew is not friendly , you walk inside they look at you like you don’t belong there! "I’m a cancer patient and would frequently go to this Burger King after treatment and get French toast sticks. Not sure who the extremely nice lady was, but she would always make them for me with no questions asked. Whether it was 9:00 or 12:00 she did this as a courtesy. I went here the other day and asked for French toast sticks and all hell broke loose. The girl told me no. I asked for the manager hoping to see a familiar face but no. The manager comes out and tells me she will do it this time but it’s past breakfast. Again I explained that I’ve come before and was serviced. She tells me she has been the manager for three years and I came to the wrong BK I was going to the one in Bessemer. And proceeded to tell me that she didn’t have to do nothing for me. Then she and her employees commenced to have a full conversation about me while I’m standing there. This was quite humiliating and discouraging considering after my treatments I usually have a taste for fresh French toast sticks but it was ruined but these incompetent rude people at Burger King"
