"We have been doing business with Yourway since around 2010 and have always had a good experience until now. We always conduct business with Pete and it has always been great. We just recently moved again and was in need of quite a few items. I called Pete around 4pm to let him know we were on our way. I confirmed that the store hours were until 530pm. He said they usually try to leave around 515 but no problem since he knew we were coming. We were there by 430 and he was assisting us with pieces we were looking for. Around 510pm the manager, Danny Reed, made a comment that 'we were already keeping them after hours' and he wasn't joking. It was very rude since we were paying cash and was spending a good bit. Because of that comment we will not use this store any longer. It saddens me because Pete is a really good guy and works hard for the customers. Danny needs training in Customer Service!"
