It's packed with flavor & all the tasty ingredients (shrimp, sausage, okra & much more). The Chicago Dog was kicking & the Slaw Dog had a tangy slaw! Their cornbread also deserves an honorary mention, I could eat it all day! The couple that own and run the place are super friendly and treat you right!"

"We heard about The Hot Spot from friends so we decided to give them a try. The food was great... I had the gumbo and my wife a grilled chicken sandwich. The gumbo came loaded with shrimp and seafood and the portion was big enough that I took a bit of it home with me for later The owner was especially nice and even told us about the history going back to the mid 20th century. They also have an excellent outdoor dining area for when the weather is nice.. The next time you're in Moulton give them a try."
