"This in particular is a commercial store but here's the issue this place has been understaffed the food is absolutely horrific in comparison to other stores that I have been at that are commercial stores so this Taco Bell in particular does not rate the average three stars of a commercial restaurant that I would typically give the last time I was in there they were so understaffed there was like two people there one told me he was on break but there was only two people there and there was a line around the drive-thru a line in the front whoever's running the store has a lot to learn if you cannot staff your stores do not open your doors remember can't staff your stores don't open your doors because you leave yourself vulnerable to such things as this criticisms that go well beyond this possible theft issues robbery issues definitely service issues the attitude from the employee at the time hasn't been addressed I have not contacted Taco Bell I don't care to but this is one of those stores until they do some upgrading of their staff and management I can't give any more than two stars but for now it's a one"

"Pulled up for breakfast, they didn't have the menu for breakfast up , we explained that to the lady and she said well it should be , yea it should be but it wasn't, the woman was rude , and that's kinda what you can expect .... so we told her we will look it up online cause we don't come to taco bell for breakfast often , the woman said can you not sit in the line while looking, well here is the thing we were in the only car in line , and ya know it makes sense with the way they act , first customer of the day and you ran them off , we went to Hardee's next store where there was good service and a menu ...."
"We waited 22 minutes and when our food was finally “ready” the Mexican pizza was laying in the bottom of the bag out of the box…. They offered to remake it but after 22 minutes we were done. Had to get a refund and go somewhere else…"
