"Prices have went up but it seems that service with a smile has went way down. They practically throw the food out of the drive thru window and no thank no have a nice day. Just an attitude of get out of the way so I can throw food at the next car. Kind of sad that this once fantastic jacks has sank so low."

"As any food chain it's hit or miss good pretty good one suggestion is chicken sandwich needs more on it at least mayo or garlic sauce and the local jacks I never complained about the dinners but coming home we stopped at one and everything we got was burnt and"extra crispy" to point we couldn't chew other than that people always been friendly and fast service I'd choose jacks over a few other fast food restaurants any day of the week where else you getting fried bologna sandwich?! Or biscuits and gravy with grits?!"

"They were all very rude. The manager didn't even know the definition of a condiment. The crew members were discriminatory and hateful and brought up my sexuality as if that has anything to do with the manager getting the order incorrect and not ringing it up properly. The manager was an older lady with gray hair and glasses. I went to the Jack's down the road on HWY 78 and had a great experience. Won't be back to this one."

"My husband and I live literally 10 min away down highway 5 and we ordered our burgers at the drive threw came strait home and sat down to eat burgers they were cold buns were hard it tasted horrible. I literally threw my burger to my dog and he wouldn't eat it either I had a bowl of cereal and went to bed after being at hospital with my sick father in law all day we were tired and stressed out and had to eat cereal for supper thanks Jack's I won't be back until something changes in that store."
