Pizza Hut

"Ordered via app an hour prior. Still waited over 40 mins after time it was supposed to be done. One girl was not wearing gloves prepping food. Got home, pizza was warm, barely. Wrong toppings, hard dough. Tried to get a refund and got run around from their customer service line and site."

"1 star for service because there was only one person working - I asked and she verified she was by herself. Never mind the slow service because of that, more importantly, what about her safety? I give the lady working 5 stars for her kind attitude and the service she provided, given the circumstances. Come on Pizza Hut, you really need to do better at making sure this isn't an issue, for your employees' wellness and safety. This is a true demonstration of not caring about them."

"Great Pizza and friendly staff. The only problem was trying to call in my order, you couldn't understand the heavily accented person taking orders! You could also tell that they weren't even there! They were probably at some call center or something somewhere else. I've had this same problem at other out of state Pizza Hut's before as well. This is not the staff at this locations fault."

"if y'all are wondering why it's so bad now, the place is under new management and has been for two months. coming from a previous manager, don't eat there. trust me. it's disgusting. trucks will sit out and thaw to be refroze the next day. if you ever get sick, it goes back to pizza hut. management is horrible. please just go to little caesar's or dominos lol. literally anywhere else. y'all are paying so much money for very bad food and horrible service. they don't wash the dishes. just go somewhere else lol"

"My visit to Pizza Hut was terrible! Much less than 1 star. Went to the Jasper Pizza Hut,was told that I couldn't order the pan Pizza because they didn't have it. Stood there for 10 minutes to hear this. I was the only customer there. No one greeted me or said anything at all. I wasn't given any reason why they couldn't make a pan Pizza. The girl was very rude,and just seemed like she was annoyed by me being there. As I left, she said very sarcastically, have a great night. I will not ever go back !!!!!"
