"Very professional, courteous, and overall everyone did a fantastic job putting a new set of tires on the company truck. They kept me informed and up to date along the whole process, told me what number I was in line, when it was being taken back to the tire bay and when they were completed along with an itemized list of what was done and how much it cost. The only complaint, concern, what have you, that I need to express is the valve stem covers that were on my rims before they put the new tires on. Not a real big deal, but this will be the 3rd time that I didn’t get the stem covers back that I purchased. Initially I thought they were only fixing 2 tires so, before I arrived I took the covers off those 2 tires and put them in my pocket but they worked on all 4 tires. They did put 4 of their stem covers on and I appreciate that, I just wonder what they do with all the peoples valve stem covers……. Anyway, they do great work!! And offer a great service experience!! Just everyone remember, if you are having tire work done and you have got custom stem covers, take your valve stem covers off all 4 tires before you get there. Just a tip….."
