"My Experience Saturday Wasn't What I Expected But They Got The New Tires On My Car After 1.5 Hours ( Actual Time There With Appointment Was 2 Hours And 20 Minutes) They Neglected To Replace The Valve Stems In Wheels While Installing New Tires But I Called Monday And Spoke With The Head Manager Over Tire Center MARY And She Was Great And Very Helpful ! Mary Took Care Of The Problem And Was Very Nice And Understanding ! My Suggestion Is Don't Go There On Wednesday Or Saturday When Mary Is Off Duty ! Thank You So Very Much For Your Help Mary ! "They are incompetent & lack any common sense. Had appointment for 9am. Showed confirmation on phone. They said would be several hrs , they don’t see my appointment in their system & placed walk-ins in front of me that left the vehicles. . Apparently severe case of lack of intelligence on their part. Calling 1800# is completely useless. They said call store. No concerns on how customers are treated. I recommend buy tires elsewhere.."

"The service (basic oil & filter change) was simple, affordable, and didn't take too long. There was 1 car ahead of mine but in all the whole process took about 45 min. I shopped around inside Walmart while I waited to get a few things I needed. If they had've gotten finished before I got done shopping, they would have pulled my truck and parked it until I did finish my errand, which is cool b/c I don't feel rushed. The staff was friendly and helpful too. I think I'll stick with the program!"
