"They had my truck for three months, I never heard from them. I had to call every couple of weeks. Couldn't get in touch with them, so I had to go by to see if they made any progress. Just had it towed away to get fixed somewhere else. So disappointing."

"The worst business experience I've had in my life. I took my vehicle in on a Monday to get the gas tank replaced. The parts had been ordered and were there and I saw them when I took my vehicle in. They told me it would be ready in one or two days. Well, three days went by and I called and got no answer. I called four days later and five days later and every business day later for a total of seven calls and got no answer. Couldn't leave a voicemail. Nothing. And this was over a holiday weekend when I really needed my vehicle. The Uber bills were piling up while I could not get any answer from anybody there and could not leave a message. After two weeks, I had to rent a car and go there to get my vehicle. The parts were right there where they had been two weeks earlier, boxes unopened. My vehicle was parked in a different place. This was very stressful and I will never go back there. I actually don't believe any of the positive reviews here."
