"They no longer provide you a hard copy of your tax returns. You cannot resolve state tax issues without it. Had taxes done yesterday. Was not greeted at all. Was not seen until fifteen minutes past the appointed time. Whenever you have issues and try to call you have to jump through hoops to get to a live person. If you have tax issues they will not even offer to help you. Every year I have filing issues with Jackson Hewitt. This will be the last year I will as, after over seven years of having filing issues with them I have decided this is the last straw snd I am done with them. Be going to H&R Block next year."

"My experience was positive at first then the lady that did my taxes was very unprofessional. She just stopped communicating didn’t even file my taxes I’m waiting for something she didn’t even do.I took my daughter to the same person I find out that she didn’t even file her taxes. There was no paperwork given. The lady had an attitude didn’t even tell my daughter how much she was getting back and basically she didn’t do anything so I felt like she wasted my time and I will not be going back . This was the Waterford/ Pontiac location"
