"I did not have a good experience with the H&R Block in Pontiac, MI on Perry Street. I was referred there by a long time client to this certain tax pro and she did not do good by me at all. Now I have to go and have a second look at my taxes and hopefully can amend. I will not return and didn't even get enough back to cover my emerald loan advance, my income was high but it wasn't that high when I know of others that made more than me with a dependent and 1 without a dependent and got a way bigger refund than I did. It was terrible!"

"Very unhelpful. Just use turbo tax and do it yourself its way easier and the cost at H&R is extreme through the roof prices and they told me i have to pay them up front they cant take the payment from my return. Turbo tax is only $20 for the upgraded version and they take that 20 right out of your return. H&R also told me i have to send a $390 check to the city of pontiac. Iv never had to do that before. Lived here my whole life and always used turbo but was being lazy this year and made the mistake of having H&R do them"
