"In March of 2016 Denise was paid to complete my taxes. After meeting with her I found an error which would potentially make me lose out on receiving approx $500 back in tax returns. I left SEVERAL messages attempting to get ahold of her to fix the mistake and was never called back. My taxes were never filed, and I stayed up until midnight on the final day taxes were due using turbotax. Huge waste of money for completely unprofessional service!"

"As a local small business owner, Denise Heidisch from Complete accounting was responsible to file my taxes and complete bi weekly payrolls. Under a power of attorney Denise was paid to file my W2's but filed LATE in years 2012 AND 2013. The IRS imposed a penalty for both years. With no help from Denise Heidisch I was able to get the IRS to abate the 2012 penalty of $2,400 but even after a appeal the IRS would not abate the $1,200 penalty for 2013. Denise refuses to pay the penalty and I am responsible to pay the fine so I am in the process of filing a small claims suit against her to recover my damages."
