"Shakey Lakes is definitely an U.P. up north spot. Camping, Fishing, and hometown hospitality. The fishing is ok. There are many campers who enjoy the grounds, including a small sand beach, which includes a snack shack. Restrooms are clean."

"It’s a great camp site. Honestly i go to shaker lakes probably 10 times a summer and most of those times we go their for five or six or seven days. It’s a perfect campground for people who like a clean area. The fishing experience their is awesome. They have a gaming shack their and it has a game that has a nice chair with cluch, brake and gas. Not to mention it has 4 speed manual in it. There is a lot more to explore in shaker lakes."
