Yogurt Mountain

"Very expensive. They should have a sign saying what they're out of before letting people get their frozen yogurt only for them to find out their favorite toppings are out or running low. Just happened to me, and I didn't want the froyo but of course I still paid for it, even though I wasn't able to get what I wanted. The employee wasn't very helpful with a solution, either."

"Beware of this place !!! I visited yesterday and I'll never return . I don't judge I really don't but they had this guy impersonating a woman or actually thought he was a woman . Had the nastiest attitude. Customer service was not good and it just makes the business look bad"

"I only gave a 1 star because I had to give a star to write a review. The yogurt is mostly bland not much of a flavor, the prices are outrageous. There isn't any signs telling how much it actually is. The atmosphere is very very boring and you could tell that the employee didn't want to be there. He looked very unhappy. The floor was sticky everywhere. We will not ever be back ever!"

"All I can say is WOW!! This place was super clean, the staff was super friendly and the frozen yogurt was delicious!! They have multiple choices of frozen yogurt (INCLUDING SUGAR FREE) with a selection of 44 different toppings. The music was jumping and we got the brain freeze we were looking for. Hands down.. this will definitely be one of our stops every time we pass through the Shoals. The health food score was no surprise because this location is so well kept. We will definitely be back!!"
