Cowboy Lake Park

"Not as many Cowboys as you might think. Lake is choked with weeds, so think twice before launching a boat. Swimming area is nice."

"This was a nice little local park with a view of the dam and fishing access. I am not sure, but it looked like canoeing and kayaking is possible."

"Nice black water park. River flushing fresh water in every day. You can not find a better beach for the kids. Slides right into the water. There is a fishing dock too. In the winter you can drive your truck on the ice and fish or just get drunk. You can even take your dog on the ice and let them run. The black water heats up fast and the water is warm for swimming. You can tube or kayack from below the damm. I love this park."

"Only saw one other car. Nice easy to use boat ramp, large picnic areas on river all numbered making it easy for friends to meet you. Not a lit for kids to do, very small play ground. Clean and areas are spread out for privacy. Has horse shoe pits"

"It's a lake. People swim here, probably pee in the water, I think I saw a floatie but it might have been a stick. Oh and there's a playground around somewhere."
