"When you hear a grown man tell someone they won’t write the drive through lady up for being rude due to the fact he thought the young child in the drive through was stupid, doesn’t sit well. As for the lady in the drive through, customer service is key, if you don’t understand someone through the intercom it’s not that hard to have them pull through and order at the window so you mess their order up. Then you walk into the lobby and you can see that it hasn’t been cleaned. And when the people clear out, no one comes to clean. I’ve been here for over a half an hour and no one cleaned up yet. I really enjoyed coming to this exact jacks over the years but it’s has become by far the worst fast food restaurant I’ve been in. Simply because of customer service."
"Went in to grab lunch, and the service was superb. The shake was so thick (delicious). The bun was a little hard on the side, the fries were fresh and hot. This location has truck parking. It says No dropped trailers, but there were plenty there. This is my second time eating Jack's, hasn't disappointed yet."
