"I have my taxes done March 1, I got all my money back and everything was fine except one major thing I gave them a electronic check for payment of $214. A few weeks later I checked my bank account and the check never cleared so I called and I said I don’t worry about it. Another week went by and they said the same thing and they were going to look into it and I am paid. Checked with the bank and the money was not paid by me. Talk to Mike the supervisor and he said he would look into it and get back to me. NEVER got back to me. I said what I wanted to stop payment on the check and bring in the cash and then he said he would give me a receipt. And today is what April 8, I stop payment on the check and went in with $214 in cash and Mike refused to give me a receipt. I left the $214 on the counter and I recorded it, he would not give me a receipt. I called corporate and filed a complaint but that’s like talking to a wall. My advice DO NOT Pay with an electron a check. What I think happened somebody else paid my bill and I just want to pay my own. They very rude to me his name is Mike. I’ve used H&R Block for over 40 years and I will never use them again all the aggravation they caused me. I am actually going to follow up with a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I just can’t believe this happened, I just wanna pay my bill. It is totally ridiculous"
