Reviews
"Maurice at the New Hudson location was very professional and knowledgeable. My experience at Jackson Hewitt was excellent!"

"As I said previously, the preparer was very friendly and made me feel confident she could take care of me and get my refund quickly."
"Do not go here. If Jackson Hewitt wants to contact me they are more than welcome to. Parent's went here and were told they would get a gift card, they went there because getting the gift card would have ended up making that the cheapest way for them to get their taxes done. They were promised several times that they would be getting a gift card, before, during and after the processing of their taxes. However, once they got home their was a message on their voicemail that they did not qualify for the gift card. Making the tax prep not only shady but not the least expensive option they could have gone with. When they called to complain the representative was very rude to them."
