"I'm generally not a Starbucks fan - I think there are better cups of coffee out there. HOWEVER, I had a wonderful experience here. After being told that they didn't have any decaf coffee brewed, one of the staff members offered to make me a pour with my choice of flavor. She opened a new package of grounds for my drink and had it ready quickly. My purchase was also utilizing an on campus coffee deal, so although it only cost me about $1, the staff still took my order seriously and went out of their way to do me a favor. That's custom service right there!"
