"Just in case the employees are unaware that pickles go on the spicy chicken sandwich. Why do I never ever get pickles. The fries are soggy. When I called to complain the guy who answered said Bye, and hung up. Yall are lazy and suck! Do better!"

"We ordered two hamburger meals with NO CHEESE & NO ONIONS. After getting the kids hamburger Happy Meal (with unwanted cheese), we waited 12-15 more minutes for the quarter pounder. It had two slices of cheese, onions, and a folded piece of meat covering only half of the bun. For such a simple order, the kitchen staff was terrible. Good news was that service at the window was good and drive-thru personnel very apologetic for the delay. Bun for quarter pounder tasted stale. Haven’t visited McDonald’s in a long time. I won’t be coming back soon if ever."

"I've forgotten to respond to so many texts. Sometimes it's intentional. I'm busy, I don't want to talk to that person, or I'm trying to find the perfect reply. When McDonald's only put 3 McNuggets in my friend's 4 piece McNugget meal, it felt like an unanswered text. At first I assumed they forgot, but that seemed like something pretty big to forget. It's 25% of the meal. Then I started to think, were they too busy to add one more McNugget to the order? Or was it more personal than that? Was it something my friend and I did that made them decide they don't like us. So they purposely only gave us 3. Or was is the opposite, they wanted to make it perfect for us. They may have took a lot of time and care in picking out 3 McNuggets. When they were searching for the fourth, they simply couldn't find one that lived up to the standard of the previous three. Their perfection got in the way of completing the order. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll ever know why my friend only got 3 McNuggets that day. What I do know is that I'm going to respond to every text in a timely manner so other people don't have to go through the conundrum I did."
