Sunset lake boat launch

"I live close by but had never visited. Took my daughter to swim. It was decent and clean but not quite a beach and it's rocky bottom. Looking for a sandy place to take her swimming. Playground was nice."

"Must spray off boats before entering. Very sassy lady waits on hill to yell at you. I understand the thought process behind protecting out lakes from invasive species. I wash my boat at home because this particular boat wash is on top of the hill and all water and species drain into the lake. I’m trying to protect this lake by washing in my yard. She wouldn’t let me even discuss this with her. Very rude, hopefully they find a better way to get the message through."

"Park campground etc primitive sites through out but beach and pavilian playground it's a good way to camp or spend a day"

"Nice place, great lake. Nice RV park; Hot showers, $10 a nite. Water in central location. No dump, no electric but great setting."

"Awesome boat launch! Fished the lake for since 1960's and used the launch multiple times per yr. No trouble! Great Northern pike & bass, walleye, bluegill, crappie & perch fisheries by the way. Loons & Eagles abound."
