"Went through the drive thru to order and was told to park so it could be brought out. We sat in the parking spot for well over thirty minutes, so we go inside to figure out what’s going on! THE GIRL TOOK OUR ORDER, CLOCKED OUT, and never even brought our food to us. We waited thirty minutes for no reason, flat drinks, and no spoon to even eat it with. I won’t be back!"

"I stood at the cash register on the inside for at least 10 minutes. So the lady in the Drive-Thru window comes up to the front counter, so I explained to her I understand you're busy she throws a hand up at me as you say be quiet I don't want to hear that, so I tell her man don't put your hand up on me she said I'm not taking your order now you can leave the store I said let me have the home office number, then she threatened me with police, so I had to call the Police. So now the magic tries to give me the store you didn't want to talk to me then I want the home office number she told the police I cussed her out I was rude to, truth of the matter she wouldn't even let me explain how I understood they we're busy. I will never go to KFC in Russellville again horrible everything!!!!!!! I'm so upset I use no punctuation in this whole.... The Russellville, Al KFC"

"Absolute joke. The lady manager is horrid, has no idea what she’s doing, and should get out of the food business. How are you out of half the sodas, 20 minutes for fries, no hot sauce, your employees have no idea what’s on the menu, and the list goes on. The 2nd to last place in town I’ll eat at again."

"There was grilled chicken at all. I had to take 2 wings and a leg just to get anything and it was still 0ver 12 bucks. The week before i waited over 20 minutes for a famous bowl and cole slaw. I wont be back. They never have any chicken cooked and ready."
