"I specifically asked that they grill my burrito. The absolute best thing at Taco Bell is the grilled tortilla on a burrito. It was not grilled. Also, it was like liquid beans in a dough like shell. I have bought the same meal at different locations recently. Worst one yet. See pictures."
"First my order was lost. Then the coffee had no flavoring in it and was completely watered down. Soft tacos were completely smashed up. Potatoes are burnt. Fries were mush. Our bean and rice burrito had onions in it. And to top it off the employees were rude about them loosing my order. Service was slow. Had to go through both the drive through and then come inside to get the order. They were out of almost all the drinks we were wanting."
